Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Service: Preparation of residential HVAC heat load calculations based on the plans, measurements, and project information provided by the client. Service includes calculation of heating and cooling loads for the purpose of HVAC system sizing and design support utilizing ACCA approved methods.
  2. Delivery of Service and Turnaround Time: Completed heat load calculations will be delivered electronically by email in .pdf format within [1 to 3] business days following receipt of payment. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
  3. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon acceptance of the quote and prior to the start of work. In some cases, we may allow 60% upfront and 40% upon delivery of the completed files.
  4. Client-Provided Information: The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate project information, including plans, dimensions, insulation details, window specifications, and any other relevant data required to perform the heat load calculations. Any delays, revisions, or additional work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or updated information may affect turnaround time and pricing.
  5. Revisions included: One round of minor revisions is included, provided the revision request is based on the original project information submitted with the quote. Additional revisions or changes resulting from new, updated, or corrected information may be subject to additional fees.
  6. Service Guarantee: We guarantee that the heat load calculations will be completed using the project information provided by the client. Any calculation errors caused by our work will be corrected at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover revisions required due to change, incomplete, or inaccurate client-provided information.
  7. Liability Disclaimer: Calculations are prepared based on client-provided information and are intended for HVAC sizing support only. Final design, installation, and code compliance are the responsibility of the appropriate licensed professional.
